5K run

Well...I ran my first 5K of the season today....It was a windy 26 degree and snowy day....I made it....I came in 3rd place!!!! ok..ok...there were only 3 people that ran. There were some college students that were doing this for a project for their class...they had expected 40-60 people but when the snowy weather hit...well...let's just say the other two people that ran were doing the project for their class..it was a fundraiser for the Lance Armstrong cancer foundation...it's too bad that they didn't get more people...running this race showed me that I am not quite ready for my next 5K in May....better run some more....
